What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so it can remember your actions and preferences between pages and visits.

What we use

TalePanda deliberately keeps this short — we use:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required to keep your session and login working, remember your wizard draft while you create a book, and keep the service secure. These cannot be switched off.
• Anonymous usage analytics — basic, aggregated events (for example, that the homepage was viewed or a checkout was started) that contain no personal data and no details about your child.
• Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies — set on Stripe's own checkout page when you pay, to protect you from fraud. Stripe handles these under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent logging in or completing a purchase, and may cause your unsaved wizard draft to be lost.
