The TalePanda Happiness Guarantee

If something about your completed book disappoints you, tell us within 14 days of receiving it via our contact page (your order confirmation email has the reference we need). You can choose:

• a free regeneration — we create a fresh version of your book, or
• a full refund to your original payment method, issued within 14 days of approval.

Your EU right of withdrawal

Because your book is digital content, EU consumer law works like this: when you place your order you expressly consent to the generation starting immediately. Once generation has begun, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. This does not affect our own Happiness Guarantee above, which we offer voluntarily in addition to your statutory rights.

Good to know

• The free preview before payment costs nothing — there is never anything to refund for previews.
• Refunds are always returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

How to request

Use the contact page and include your order reference and a short note about what went wrong — a refund or regeneration is typically confirmed within 2 business days.
